5. Quotes & Orders
Requesting a quote through our website does not constitute a binding offer. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to final confirmation of specifications, quantities, and shipping terms. Purchase orders are accepted subject to our written confirmation and these Terms of Service.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon on a per-order basis and confirmed in our proforma invoice. Standard terms include: T/T (telegraphic transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, or Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders. Specific payment terms will be outlined in each quotation.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates based on typical production schedules and shipping conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: port congestion, customs clearance delays, weather conditions, or global supply chain disruptions. Incoterms as specified in each quotation govern risk and cost allocation.
8. Quality & Warranty
We guarantee that our products meet the specifications stated in our quotations and confirmed in purchase orders. In the event of quality discrepancies, we will work with the buyer to resolve the issue — which may include replacement, credit, or other mutually agreed solutions. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of goods receipt with supporting documentation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bricketgravity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not: use the site to transmit malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape or automated-data-mine our content; or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
11. Governing Law
